Apple To Unveil iOS 7 At WWDC On June 10th

While there is still no word as to when the seventh generation iPhone will debut, we’ll get a sneak peek into the upgraded OS it will be running in less than two months. Apple announced in an official statement on April 24th that it will be holding its annual Worldwide Developers Conference on June 10th of this year. In their statement, the Cupertino based company said the following:

Our developers have had the most prolific and profitable year ever, and we’re excited to show them the latest advances in software technologies and developer tools to help them create innovative new apps. We can’t wait to get new versions of iOS and OS X into their hands at WWDC.

What these “latest advances in software technologies and developer tools” are exactly still remain to be seen. But with all the rumors going around that we’ll see a major overhaul of the UI in iOS 7, we’re pretty excited to see what Apple has in store for the next version of its mobile operating system. And who knows, maybe the new OS will give us a few clues as to what we can expect from the iPhone 5S.
