Siri vs. Google Now: 21 Questions For Each Voice Assistant

We did a comparison between Siri and Google Now a while back, and the clear cut winner there was Google Now. But that was when Android 4.1 was first released and our iPhone was still running iOS 5. Now that the iPhone 5 and iOS 6 is out, we have to give Siri the rematch she deserves. This time, we ask both Siri and Google Now a set of 21 questions, and the results are pretty interesting:

At this point, it’s hard to call one better than other. Just like in our last test, Google Now was significantly faster than Siri (even on the iPhone 5′s superior hardware compared to our old Galaxy Nexus). But there are certain things that Siri can do (like make restaurant reservations for example) that Google Now can’t. Of course, the reverse is true as well. So in the end, we think it comes down to personal preference.
