Adobe Flash Will Not Be Supported On Android 4.1

We already knew this, but still think it’s worth reporting. Adobe has confirmed that Android 4.1 “Jelly Bean” will not be getting support for Flash. Not now and not ever for any future version of Android. A couple of months ago, back in November, Adobe told us that Ice Cream Sandwich would be the last build of Android to support Flash and that HTML5 was the new standard for mobile devices going forward. The company looks to be keeping its word, evidenced by the fact that after August 15th, Adobe Flash will not be available for new installs. Hit the source link for more information.
