Adama Kernel On T-Mobile SGS3 1.8 GHz Overlocked

0

I flashed the Adama 003 kernel on my T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy S3 a few days ago and wanted to do a quick review on it. The kernel lets you overclock the SGS3 to up to 1890 MHz but I run it at 1.8 GHz as this seems more stable and is the frequency the developer runs at himself. I did a few benchmarks while running the kernel (alongside the FreeGS3 ROM), the scores to which you can find below:

Note: You must be rooted to flash this kernel. The kernel only works for the T-Mobile (SGH-T5999) variant of the Samsung Galaxy S3. I ran the benchmarks below at a frequency of 1.8 GHz.

  • AnTuTu: 7259
  • Linpack: 200
  • NenaMark2: 59.8 FPS
  • Quadrant: 5245
