Well, better late than never, right? In the video below, I unbox the unlocked version of the iPhone 4S (bought from the Apple store). The unlocked version of the iPhone 4S will work with any GSM carrier’s SIM card you put in there. However, it won’t necessarily be fully compatible with that carrier’s data services (e.g. T-Mobile).
