So, you’ve got yourself a brand new iPhone do you? That’s nice and all, but you won’t be able to do much with it until you pop in your carrier’s micro SIM card. So, in this how to guide, I’ll show you how to open the SIM door with the door key that came with the phone (or you can just use a unfolded paperclip):

1. Get your SIM door key (or paperclip) and put it into the SIM door hole (on the right side of the iPhone).
2. Push it in firmly. The door should pop out a little.
3. Pull the door out with your fingers to prevent any damage to your phone.
