Samsung Galaxy S III Has Reportedly Received 9 Million Preorders

It has been just a couple of weeks since Samsung announced the Galaxy S III, and according to an anonymous Samsung executive who spoke with Korea Economic Daily, Samsung’s newest flagship phone has already received 9 million pre-orders. That’s right, 9 million. That’s almost half of the 21 million units sold for the SGS2 a whole five months after it launched. And that 21 million figure is including U.S. sales. At this rate, it looks like the SGS3 will surpass the SGS2′s recording breaking sales numbers. And with all the new features the SGS3 is packing, we don’t see any reason why it wouldn’t.
