Samsung Promises All-Day Battery Life On Future Devices

Samsung has finally heard the cries of almost every smartphone user and has promised that their future devices will have batteries that will last all day long with average to moderately heavy use. Samsung’s VP of product innovation, Kevin Packingham, said “When you wake up to when you go to bed, we don’t want you feeling anxiety about your battery life.”

We’re now seeing devices that are addressing battery issues like the Motorola DROID RAZR Maxx which has a large 3300 mAh battery while still keeping a thin design. Samsung looks to do the same (as in featuring larger batteries) as well as optimizing device performance for battery life like changing the way the phone searches for WiFi and 4G networks.
